i've read to hand wash it then air dry then shake it
or
low temp. air dry then comb
or
low/ high then dryer
or
take it to the cleaners 
what do u think i should do. b4 i ruin my jacket that took all of my allowence.or spend all my money at the cleaners

I assume dry cleaners is not really an option for you so I would suggest either hand washing air drying and combing or spot washing ?
I'm assuming this is something your not rolling in the mud in or running marathons in correct ?
if It has a spot from juice or some other small stain on it gently wash just the stain out . and hand up somewhere it can air dry .
If it doesnt have a stain just hang up somewhere to air out (not closet like in frount of a fan or in a window for a few hours )
and save up money for dry cleaners
better safe than sorry
